Return & Refund Policy
Because our items are hand-dyed and often one-of-a-kind, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, odor-free, and in its original condition.
If your return is approved because the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Returns or exchanges for other reasons, including fit, preference, or color variation, may be considered on a case-by-case basis. If a return is approved for a reason other than damage, defect, or an incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
To start a return request, please contact us through the Shopify contact form with your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged or defective items, please include clear photos so we can review the problem.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a damaged item, or a defective item.
Custom or made-to-order items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
