These Terms of Service apply to purchases and use of the Pharmacodynamic Dyes online store. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products
Pharmacodynamic Dyes sells hand-dyed apparel and related items. Because our products are handmade or hand-dyed, each piece may have natural variations in color, pattern, placement, saturation, and appearance.
We do our best to photograph and describe items accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on lighting, screen settings, device display, and photography conditions. Small variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.
Orders
When you place an order, you are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inaccurate customer information, product availability issues, pricing errors, listing errors, technical issues, payment problems, or other concerns.
If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method when appropriate.
Pricing and Availability
Prices, product descriptions, and availability may change at any time without notice.
We make reasonable efforts to keep product listings accurate and up to date, but errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, cancel affected orders, or refuse sales when necessary.
Many of our items are one-of-a-kind or made in small batches. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Items are only reserved once checkout is complete and payment has been accepted.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been successfully completed.
Payments are processed through Shopify and its payment providers. We do not directly store full payment card details.
Shipping
Shipping times, rates, delivery estimates, international shipping information, and related terms are described in our Shipping Policy.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control once an order has been handed to the carrier.
Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged items, defective items, and incorrect orders are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Because our items are handmade or hand-dyed, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Other return requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Custom and Made-to-Order Items
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For custom work, customers are responsible for reviewing any agreed-upon details before the item is made. Handmade color and pattern variations should be expected.
Care and Use
Customers are responsible for following any care instructions provided with the item or listed in the product description.
Hand-dyed garments may require special care, such as washing separately at first, washing in cold water, or avoiding bleach. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying, stain treatment, storage, or use after delivery.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including product photos, text, designs, logos, graphics, branding, and original creative work, belongs to Pharmacodynamic Dyes unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, or use our content, images, branding, or designs without written permission.
